Dairy Market is pleased to announce Basta Pasta, a new restaurant concept coming to the food and market hall in late Fall 2022. Basta Pasta is the most recent concept from Dino Hoxha, the chef behind the popular Dino’s Wood-fired Pizza & Grill in the Dairy Market.
Basta Pasta will offer a variety of homemade and artisanal pasta made to order. Accompanying the pasta will be a great selection of protein options and a choice of six different sauces, including vegan options. “I love our location in the Dairy Market, and I have been thinking about a pasta concept for a long time. When the opportunity presented itself to bring Basta Pasta to life in the Dairy Market, I jumped at the chance,” said Dino Hoxha.
Basta Pasta will open in the former space of GRN BRGR, a vegetarian burger and salad concept. GRN BRGR will remain in the Dairy Market and merge with Citizen Burger Stand, allowing guests to choose from delicious meat or vegetarian options.
