South and Central invites you to join Chef Kelvino for Burger Week 2022! Mark your calendar for August 22-30. South and Central will be featuring a $10 special burger and guests get the opportunity to vote for their favorite burgers throughout the week. What sets Chef’s burgers apart more than anything, is that they are composed of grass-fed local ground beef from Timbercreek Farm along with the in-house ground trim from our ribeye, picanha, and strip steaks. The richness of those specific ground cuts gets really beautifully accentuated by the intense flavor of the grass-fed Timbercreek beef to make a burger mix that has the best of both worlds.
