Thalhimer is responsible for the exclusive leasing representation of the Dairy Central revitalization project located in the heart of downtown at the corner of 10th Street and Preston Avenue. A mixed-use urban district featuring the adaptive reuse of the historic Monticello Dairy building. Phase I development plans includes the Dairy Market market hall with unique local restaurateurs in food stalls, retailers, a craft brewery and 50,000 square feet of new Class A office space.
