Dairy Market favorite The Milkman’s Bar is now serving locally roasted coffee and pastries daily beginning at 8:00 a.m.

Milk has been an integral part of coffee dating back to the early 18th century when the French popularized the  Café Au Lait with copious amounts of sweetened milk. The Dairy Market, the home of The Milkman’s Coffee Company traces its roots back to 1937 when it was the Monticello Dairy Company and in modern days has become the iconic community gathering place for Charlottesville.

OUR COFFEE is roasted locally with the love and respect that it takes to brew the perfect cup.
